Not for me

kikoteiActually, the icon's not for me, but for a now former co-worker.
I wasn't there for the briefing this morning, but apparently one of the department heads blew her stack (again), threw her book down, and stalked off calling us all assholes. There was a lot of other, highly insulting things she said on her way out the door, but I think that makes clear her feelings.
Hmm, me thinks she's not coming back and that she won't be able to use us as a reference. I think that's 5 years she's lost now. Maybe more.
In the end it's probably a good thing, in all the time she was with us she never made much attempt to take control of her department or to be one of the team. The rest of us get along, if not well, at least well enough to get the work done.
Oh well. So long, J. Hope you find people to work with who aren't assholes.
