Much pondering about fitness
Jun. 6th, 2005 04:34 pmQuick post before we're set upon by the nasty-ass, tornado spawning thunderstorm. I don't hear anything yet, but the AC is still on, so who knows.
I just signed up for a gym membership at Bally's. It's a little pricy, but I figure I've got 30 days to cancel my membership and get a refund. I'll try it out, do the PT session with the chick I signed up with, and see what happens. If it's worth the nearly $40 a month I'll keep it.
Just as far as the state of the gym, I like the place, it's very clean and well kept. With steam rooms. ::melts into a happy goo::
Even if I don't keep the membership, at least I'll have a good idea of what I need to do to get in better shape and I'll be able to do most of it at home. I've got a weight set downstairs and my neighborhood is much better for running than where I used to live.
