Apr. 1st, 2005 08:02 pmWould some one kindly help me remove the ice-pick from my temple? It's imparing my thought processes.
I was hoping to do some ficcing tonight, but it's not looking too good. Not even putting my head down on the desk and closing my eyes is helping.
Good news on the graduation front though. I'm just waiting on one document from the ILS department office to make it's way to the Registrar's office, and in May I will walk in that effing commencement. Now I just need to finish the application process to the Master's program and I'll be good. Finally! After seven long, tiring and fustrating years of administrative bullshit and jumping from school to school and major to major, I will have my Bachelors in Library Science. Not the road I started on, but a pretty decent one to end up on.
And to add, either I have lost what little mental stability I had, or the 'update journal' button just did a dance across the screen. O.O;;;;;;;
EDIT:
It did indeed 'dance' a bit. It's kind of amusing the first time (once I realized I hadn't lost my mind), but the change to processing whining is a bit dumb.
