My stomach is rebelling and I'm not sure why. I haven't taken any of my suppliments or vitamins, which sometimes tie my insides in knots, so I'm not sure why. Tried a rather bland lunch. Left over pasta and a soda. I seem to be okay, but we'll see.
The only thing I can think that could be causing this (besides the one thing I want to avoid like the plague) is that it was because I was up so late last night. I stayed up til about 3:30 - 4 am to draft a paper and finish the book I needed to have read for class today. And of course the book sucked. Figures.
As far as the book, I read "Shattering Glass" by Gail Giles. Would have been much better if she hadn't relied on such heavy handed high school stereotypes. I was annoyed with the book before I even finished chapter 1. So far this class hasn't offered a single book I like. "Monster" was okay even if the trial felt completely incorrect, and "Chocolate War" still sucks after I last read it 8 some odd years ago.
