But that was not challah. It was close, but it wasn't the right color, it looked more like standard white bread, nor was it sweet enough.

So I'm trying to track down some other recipes to see if I can get that lovely gold color next time. I imagine that if I added one more egg, but just the yolk, I just might get the color right. ::ponder:: Now to just figure out how to sweeten it more.

Edit: Also, I got mom in a baking mood! We're probably making old fashion peanut butter cookies on Monday. Wah! I love those peanut butter cookies!
