Sooo outta shape
Jan. 26th, 2005 09:05 pmYep. Completely and utterly out of shape. I really do need to start exercising. Big time.
I'm glad though that at the moment, it's not a weight issue. I'm still well within a healthy weight for my height. As a matter of fact, in high school when I had to quit dance I put on about 20 pounds out of nowhere. When I stopped in with my mother to get some paperwork from my childhood doctor, the first thing out of his mouth in his heavy spanish accent was 'Finally, you're up to a more healthy weight'. While I could stand to lose maybe 5-10 pounds, I'm not in any rush to do so.
What I need to do is tighten everything up. My muscle tone is so far down from what I had grown accustom too. I also need to do a lot of cardio work. My cardio's always been bad, but it's getting worse.
