I was good until 20 minutes ago. Now it feels like I pulled something in my back. I thought it might be something worse, but I stood crouched in front of the dishwasher as it steamed, and it helped. So I'm thinking it's a cold related pull. And it's starting to hurt again now that I've cooled back down. Damn.

I'm gonna try writing for a little while, maybe see if I can ignore it, but this really pretty painful. Even laying down wasn't helping.
