kikoteiI hate working Saturday's. Not only do I have to be in the building with the co-worker I get along least with, she has today somehow managed to pick up on the fact that I reported her long standing misbehavior.
Tuesday night I finally got fed up with her shutting down the building 10 minutes before closing time. I'll be the first to admit that Tuesday nights are so quiet you could hear a pin drop. But she has off the computers shut off, lights off, doors locked, and her coat on. And then every single night she makes the older lady (in her 70's) on shift go out with a flashlight to empty the drop. And remember she has all the lights shut off, so it's twice as dark.
I finally got annoyed on Tuesday and called her on the lights. I really couldn't call her on anything else, because I don't know if she and the other lady had an arrangement about the drop. But I do know that policy states that the lights are not to be shut off until the doors are locked at the end of the shift.
She gave me the flippy hands in the air, and I told her not to start anything with me. I've been here *far* longer than she has.
So the next day I finally told my boss(es) and eventually everything came out about her making the other lady go out with a flashlight, ect. And if I read her attitude this morning correctly she got an official reprimand.
This morning I got her in my face, telling me that she was going to keep an eye on me and if I set one toe out of line she would report me. Yelling and ranting with the arms waving.
Bitch. As if.
I just walked away. I was this close to either punching her or ripping her a new one. But that would look really bad on me, so I'll take chatting about it with the other girl that was in when this happened. But we're going to wait til tomorrow to talk in more detail. Never know when 'she who shall not be named' will be lurking around the corner.

I'm just annoyed that the people who have to work one on one with her on a regular basis aren't taking a more proactive role in keeping her inline. They need to either put up and shut up because I'm tired of hearing them whine about it, or force her to behave. She purposively waited to start behaving like this until her probation period was over. After that she started slacking because she knew that unless she pissed off a board member she was safe (because Shirley won't fire her, Shirley's far too much of a push over)

That sucks that the drywall needs to come out. That's gonna be a bitch to tear down and clean up. Are you hiring out on that, or making it a DIY?
