Attempting to find plot!

Well, I've got the start of a fic, about 150 words and no effing clue where to go from here. Or maybe the better phrase would be too many places to go from here and I can't narrow it down to one goal, one problem for the characters to face.

Don't you hate it when that happens?! I have too many of my own fics stalled for that same reason.... *grrr*

I think I have something, but in thinking a little harder on it, it sounds very much like the plot of one of the books that sparked this whole idea. >_
