Spoiled plans

I was planning to write this afternoon, but I got screwed. I wound up dragged outside to pull more pachysandra (it started to grow back where I pulled it last time) and then just as I was about done with that, Dad took out the chainsaw and took out two bushes in my way. O.o 

Then Mom saw the chainsaw and demanded the removal of a tree in the side yard, so I had to play spotter and make sure Dad didn't squish himself (he nearly did the last time he was taking down a tree -_-). And just went I thought I was done for the day, Mom declaired we needed to go get more paint for downstairs and hauled me two towns away to buy more. And I was foolish enough to say I would at least tape up the downstairs for painting. Bugger.

I'm going to try to write, but my back is sore from wedging myself under shrubbery.

*squishes* I know that one. We narrowly avoided having to help the mother tear up the living room carpet all day today by running out the door first thing. XD;;;

Heheh. Must remember that for next time. ^____^

Fortunately I have to work tomorrow, so most of the yard work should be done by the time I get home. Yay for Fall and sundown coming earlier!
