Well, I finally got a reply and I am officially done with DQ. 

When a rep emails an upset customer back telling them they are immature and impatient, that's so unprofessional.

I'm glad to finally get an email back (and please don't blame the spam filter, that's just LAME) but to be told off in such a fashion, and not keeping proper contact with you distributers in order to keep your shelf dates correct is just wrong. Well, they are now down one paying customer.

I want to encourage everyone NOT to buy anything released by DramaQueen. While they do good work, they are rude to their customers. And those kinds of people should not get your money.

Yep, they did. They said it in a rather round about way, but still called me immature.

Hardly. The usual response would be to appologize profusely and promise to do better in the future (as I'm sure they can't afford to give discounts and coupons like Amazon does).

I don't think I can buy directly from DQ because I'm not based in the US. I tend to buy their stuff through third parties but I'm not happy to hear this at all! Thanks for letting me know.

I usually buy their stuff from third parties too, I figure some of the bigger retailers have better deals.

I'm really still steamed about their attitude, so I'm happy to let everyone know what kind of behavior they've been showing.

Makes me wonder if they do this to other people, because if they piss off some one with more readers and more contact (especially with any of the original copyright holders) you bet they'd be running themselves out of business real fast.
