Stuff, Stuff and more Stuff

KH, I am so the suck at that game. 30 something hours into it and I'm JUST figuring out how to use the damn Gummi Garage (now I'm zooming around shooting things for hours in my souped up ship). That and I can't seem to go back to fight Ursula. She scares me. Plus I can't seems to master the swimming thing, I can barely walk without getting dizzy. Maybe I'll get one of the boys to beat her for me.

And as a note to self, don't try to buy things from people on LJ that you don't know. You gets the shaft everytime. I was trying to buy a REAL pretty 'tactics' wallscroll from Japan (not the cheap knockoff ones) with manga art of Haruka and Kantarou. First the seller doesn't email me back with a yes or no, so after waiting 24 hours I emailed again and get the 'Oh, some one was buying it, but they have to get the money together, I'll email you back in a couple of days'. So I waited and waited. Friday I email the seller for the third time to ask what's up with this whole thing. 'Oh, I got the money already'. >____< Thanks ever so much for NOT emailing me back, bitch. Arg. Now I'm on a wallscroll hunt. Anyone see a nice 'tactics' one let me know.

And after much discussion I've determined that our family has Home Repair ADD. If the project takes more than one hour to complete, it does not get done. And then snowballs into a mess. Like the stacks of newspapers that dates back to at least 1998.

I know EXACTLY what you mean about home repair ADD, *heh* my family has it, too. ^.^ You should see our den and our garage!

As for buying stuff from people on LJ, yeah, at the very least eBay has SOME sort of protection if you get shafted, but on LJ you're relying on people to be responsible.

hehe, our garage is still full of boxes from when we moved in here in 2000. We talk a good game, but just can't seem to finish anything. My brother's had a retaining wall project he's been putzing with for 2 or 3 years at this point. We've been halfway done with the reflooring upstairs for several months now (with no end in sight, but at least no exposed nails anymore).

Serious home repair ADD going on. ^___^;;
