1x2 Project Week 36

I didn't get nearly as much done this week. But I was working in more detail heavy areas (Duo's eyes), and I'm back to my regular work schedule, which of course means I don't get three days weekends anymore. ::pout::

Also yay! I'm going to Yaoi-con this year! I've got my plane tickets, but I goofed my pre-reg and missed the post mark deadline so I'll be paying at the door. I'm not used to mailing in registration anymore. I'm so used to Otakon's online registration that I wasn't paying attention.

Btw, I'm asking dc_logan if she can clean out the background on the next cross stitch pic (the Preventers image). I don't have one without the background, unfortunately. I'll get it to you as soon as she's done.

Yay! Goodies! I'm still bummed about missing this year. Next year should be easier though.

Excellent. I can't wait to start working on the pattern for that one. We can talk more abotu the sizing details later once DC is done cleaning up the original.

No, no Yaoi Con for me this year. They moved it to a bad date for me work-wise, and it's getting a bit too expensive to go every year. A lot of people I normally hang out with at the con aren't going, either.

I'd like to go to the NY Anime Festival, instead. I'm trying to talk Jay into going for a day. It's the same weekend as Yaoi Con, and a whole lot closer.

I hope you'll have a good time at Yaoi Con, though! I'm sure it'll be a blast.

I love cross-stitch it can be a lot like meditation when I get going. Very soothing and centering.
