I found this bit on AnimeNation through a comm discussion on KKM. Here seems to be the most important part as far as finishing series that Geneon started:

"AnimeNation has directly confirmed with a Geneon representative that the continuing release of all of Geneon USA's presently ongoing titles, including When They Cry, Karin, Kyou Kara Maou, Law of Ueki, Shonen Onmyouji, Hellsing Ultimate, Story of Saiunkoku, Black Lagoon, and planned future releases including Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Guardian of the Sacred Spirit, Familiar of Zero, Rozen Maiden Traumend, and the Shakugan no Shana OVA will cease in November."

I can only hope that they do. Because this freaking close to the end of Kyo Kara Maoh and just stopping would be foolish. I just wish they had said something a little sooner or a little more publicly or something.
