Nov. 21st, 2006 12:48 pmI may have already shared this last year. ::scratches head:: I forget.
This is a great Fall/Winter dinner side dish. I usually make it for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any holiday pot-luck type things I go it. It's quick, simple, and dead easy.
Corn Casserole
1 egg
1 stick of butter
1 cup sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn (drained)
1 package of Jiffy Corn Bread
Melt the butter. Add the egg and sour cream. Add the corn and Jiffy mix. Mix it up good. Bake for 1 hour at 350F.
See, easy AND tasty. The only thing I recommend when making this is to use some sort of crockery to cook it in. The removable part of your crockpot ought to work well enough.
