I just want to know why on earth after all the crap we've all been through, that when one patron gets their panties in a bunch over a policy, a flippin' rule, they yell at US first for not being more 'accomodating'.
Screw accomodating ANY of these bitchs.
I am so close to just walking out right now! I'm so very tired of 'the customer is always right'. If I didn't need this job as badly as I do, I would quit. I certainly can't move forward in my career as I don't have that effin' piece of paper that would get me out of the effin' public seat.
I should just threaten to look for a new job again. That seemed to work last time.
I'm just going to sit here all night and screw around on the net and not enforce ANY policies at all. And I need an angry icon. I seem so very angry the last year or so.
