Getbackers seiyuu matching!

kikoteiI am such a seiyuu dork. Really. And I'm kicking myself for not checking earlier. I'm usually really good at picking out particular seiyuu that I'm fond of. Just ask Cassi, she looks at me funny when I do that.
I remember looking through the credits list on the first DVD and thinking, "nope, I don't know these people" and then not bothering to check and see who else was showing up later, figuring that they were going with people I don't know.
Now I vaguely recall watching volume 2 of Getbackers and laughing to myself that Megumi Ogata had gotten the part of Clayman.
And here comes the part where I start kicking myself fiercely for not checking the seiyuu database.
Listening to Kazuki, I was trying to figure out why I liked his voice so much. Finally decided that it just must be the way it sounds on my ears. Then they play a part with little Kazu-chan. No the fuck way. Can't be him. Can it? So I writhe in agony waiting for the closing credits on that episode, and it is exactly who I thought. Souichiro Hoshi. He sounds so... normal. So not like Goku, or even Sugino. Wow.
Now I have to see who else shows up in the show. HA! Juubei is the now ever type-cast Takehito Koyasu. And Holy cow, is that Paku Romi as young Juubei. Sweet. And there's Shinichiro Miki! Now I just need to play "Spot the other Seki (Tomakazu)". I think all we need now is Yuki Hiro and we'll have a Weiß reunion. Ha!
