After nearly a week of *real* work
Jan. 7th, 2006 10:09 pmIt's so very very nice being employed fulltime after dicking around for so many years.
I'm not quite tired yet. More flustered in trying to adjust my daily schedule. For years I've been going to work at 4:30 in the afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursday. Now I have to be in a 1:30. And for some reason it's throwing me off. I can't seem to be ready to head out the door on time. I've made it to work on time, but I feel like I'm rushing to get everything done.
'Nother big benefit. FINALLY having health insurance. While it won't start until February, just the idea of having it after being without for about a year is something to celebrate. ::dances::
FF7 and X-Men Legends 2 have been rather big time sucks since the holidays, so I haven't gotten any writing done. I'm hoping Monday I'll have the house to myself so I can blast music and write. ^_^
