Costume fun!

I'm nearly done with my costume. Just a couple of detaily thing left to finish. Gotta pilfer some good glue from work and make that bloody hat stand up, should have made it out of felt or something. Oh well. And then the belt thingy. I know that it's not technically a belt thingy, but I forget the real name. Starts with a 't' I think. Tabard maybe. ::shrugs:: Also have to wind the ribbons through the sleeves.

And then I have to iron the whole bloody thing. But I can't find my iron. And even if I did, I haven't used it in.. oh, 5+ years. Thing probably rusted through. >_< Hydra, do you have one you can shove in the car and bring on Thursday?

I'm so wound up about the con and vacation that I feel a bit queasy. I always do this to myself. Get so excited about something fun that until I get there I feel sick. So much so that a couple of days ago, I couldn't swallow properly and when I did, it hurt.

You can borrow my iron if you'd like. Also you can wet a towel and toss them in the dryer, then just hang it up after, it'll get the wrinklies out.

There's one in the room, along with a full-sized ironing board, according to the hotel's Web site. ^_^v

Because I usually wash and hang the material before I use it. Plus this is the biggest project I've ever worked on. There's so much material I swimming in it.

Don't worry about the iron, apparently the hotel room has an iron and full size board in each room. ^_^;;
