The joys of web design

kikoteiThe process of redesigning and relocating my page and archives seems to be going fairly well, at least as far as my computer goes. I've only crashed the whole bloody drive twice and Adobe PageMill (a dinosaur of a HTML program) once. ::knocks on the desk:: Hopefully I'll keep the number of crashes to a minimum.
The banners I was having so much fun making aren't going to work out the way I was hoping they would. Fortunately I've saved the original photoshop components so I don't have to do that quick-mask nonsense again. Oh well.
I'm making a great deal of progress on my costume for Shoujocon and Otakon. Procrastinate much. ^____^;; I've gotten the weaponry under control, I have the fabric, and I finally found shirt patterns that will be quite easy to modify to the appearance I need. The only thing that is still causing me migraines is the armor. But my dad had a good idea and I will leave it in his capable hands as soon as I finish the sketches for him. I rarely ever work with a design on paper other than the measurements I need.
Oh well back to work. Ja!!
