X-Stitch Sunday ... er.. Monday

So here I am, finally. After saying I was going to get back into posting and be a better flister I end up getting really sick and about the only thing of interest is all the mindless point and click games on facebook. ^_^;; And I didn't want to hack up a lung all over my sewing.

I meant to post this earlier today as I had the day off, but then it turned out my mom had the day off too and it just made for an opportune day to get some shopping done as I needed to look for a new winter coat. I've had my current one so long that one of the snaps for the detachable hood ripped. Oops. So very literally six stores later and figuratively a million coats tried on I finally found one. In the freakin' men's department. There are times when it does NOT pay to be tall as I am. Anyway, the coat is nice and heavy and warm and wool. It wasn't quite what I was looking for, but it will do.
