Revenge of the Tea Whore

So, stopped at the tea store again. I picked up some Ceylon Vithanakande on![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
yami_tai's recommendation and a new blend tea called Liquid Gold, which is Silver Needle (white), Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls (green), and Monkey Picked Oolong (better than Monkey Pooped as I told my brother later, even though no monkeys are involved). The Ceylon is pretty strong, I'm going to have to shorten the steep time I think. I've been drinking white and green teas (and cheap-ass black) for so long now that I'm not used to such strong tea. I haven't tried the Liquid Gold yet, I think I'll do that tomorrow.
The clerk at the store looked a might stoned though. It was entertaining, even though I did have to keep an eye on him to make sure everything was measured out properly. Also finally picked up some single cup tea bags (yay!!) so now I can leave my tea at home and bag up leaves for the day.
