Recipe! Mango Salmon
Sep. 24th, 2007 01:39 pmWe've done this three or four times now, and it's pretty much no-fail.
Salmon with mango salsa, and it's so very good. We usually get a huge piece (or two) as it tastes so good that even my mom who eats like a bird will have two helpings.
1. Start with a piece of fresh salmon, size/weight of your choosing. We prefer thick pieces, kinda steak-like.
2. Slather the bastard in Mango Salsa (Mango and Peach from here (about halfway down), which we found at Costco)
3. Bake until done. Time will obviously vary depending on the thickness of the fish.
4. Alternately you can grill it in a foil packet very easily.
5. Stuff your face.
